About the position

The Project Manager at MD Dirt LLC will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, while ensuring effective communication and coordination with clients and team members. The Project Manager will also monitor project progress, manage risks, and prepare reports for stakeholders, contributing to the company's commitment to excellence in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or utilities.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• PMP or similar certification is preferred.
