About the position

The Project Manager will support client launches from initiation to completion, ensuring that all project parameters such as scope, budget, schedule, and quality are met. This role requires a results-oriented individual who can drive projects according to the established timeline while making informed decisions. The position involves collaboration with clients, IT, and operations personnel to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and drive project plans for client implementations within established timelines.
• Develop and communicate detailed project timelines, track issues, and run regular client meetings.
• Manage the development and documentation of the client-approved Business Rules Document (BRD).
• Drive outcomes through detailed follow-ups and meetings, holding all parties accountable for meeting project milestones.
• Escalate issues in a timely manner and manage changes in the plan with approvals from workstream leaders and the governance team.
• Manage the change control process post-launch to ensure synchronization of the BRD and Technical Requirements Document (TRD).
• Prepare project status reports, perform risk management planning, and present project status to senior management and CxO level executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and/or a minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in a mid-sized or large corporate environment.
• Exceptional project management and leadership skills along with relationship management skills.
• A good understanding of SDLC processes (Waterfall, Agile) and familiarity with project management tools and processes.
• Experience in healthcare, specifically knowledge of Annual Reverification and insurance verification on medication coverage.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate uncertainty are required.
• PMP certification is preferred.
