About the position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee various construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical project management and tenant improvements, particularly in critical power environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to achieve the best value for the project.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on electrical projects.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
