About the position

The Project Manager will oversee small to medium projects or large routine projects at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, OK. This role involves planning, managing project aspects, ensuring code compliance, and maintaining client relations while tracking financials and coordinating with team members to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium projects or large routine projects.
• Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance.
• Coordinate workload through entire project development to complete documents on schedule.
• Establish client relations and be involved with design and production meetings.
• Conduct work sessions for design development in conjunction with other staff.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Track financial aspects of projects and coordinate work effort with the team to ensure completion within agreed schedules.
• Support other disciplines as needed.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction-related field.
• 7 years of experience within engineering/construction, with 2 years as a Project Manager.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain a CAC card.
• Knowledge of codes and federal construction experience.
