About the position

The Project Manager will oversee various construction projects within a full-service real estate company specializing in developing hotels, retail centers, quick service restaurants, and office buildings. This role involves collaborating with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, while ensuring successful project execution through effective leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Work with the Development team on timeline and budget, as well as coordinating with 3rd party engineers.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, providing direction and support to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor and track project progress, making adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct risk management analysis to minimize project risks and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Civil Engineering within the commercial construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Civil Engineering software and tools.
