About the position

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members and clients. This role involves initiating proposals, guiding project development, and acting as the primary contact for clients, while also addressing challenges and identifying opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Involved from new business meetings and pitches through project completion.
• Responsible for initiating proposals and project plans, then guiding the project through development and creative.
• Acts as the primary client contact for assigned projects and proactively seeks information critical to client projects.
• An effective problem-solver on a day-to-day basis, anticipating problems and recognizing opportunities.
• Works closely with creative, production, and account service staff.
• Acts as team leader with a thorough understanding of the planning, creative, and production processes.
• Provides timely issuance of all documentation: proposals, project initiations, creative briefs, estimates, timelines, meeting summaries, status and budget reports, monthly billing and reconciliation of all projects, invoices projects, and maintains ongoing accounting status reports for clients.
