The Project Manager at Symmetry Flooring will play a crucial role in leading and managing multiple commercial construction projects. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
• Utilize project management tools for tracking progress, reporting, and communication.
• Develop detailed project plans that outline scope, resources, schedules, and budgets.
• Organize projects to ensure that all materials and manpower are in the right place and at the right time, including coordinating with the client when work is not yet ready.
• Supervise team members, providing training, guidance, and support across scopes and projects.
• Maintain safety, morale, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in product management or a similar role with a strong understanding of project management principles.
• Ability to estimate work (or willingness to learn) in order to ease handovers from estimating to project management, as well as to allow for change order pricing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus but not required.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the commercial construction industry is preferred but not required.
• Motivated and organized with the ability to learn and adapt.
