Responsibilities

• Interface between internal stakeholders and their services team to ensure projects are defined, planned, scheduled and managed to completion.
• Manage delivery within strict deadlines, budget, and scope and is accountable for the end to end delivery of planning, execution and communication of multiple projects.
• Pro-actively drive projects to completion through the SDLC process under ambiguous operating circumstances.
• Partner with internal stakeholder teams to coordinate the efforts of team members, including Subject Matter Experts, Solution Architects, and technical team members.
• Develop detailed project plans to assure activities are understood and commitment is gained to meet overall project objectives.
• Overall responsibility for project activities and the resources assigned to the project.
• Assure all projects are initiated and planned with appropriate project scope statements.
• Monitor and control project delivery within determined timeframes.
• Identify, communicate and strategize to resolve project risks and issues.
• Contribute to the implementation and continual improvement of services delivery and project management methodology and processes.
• Help identify, document, and track remediation of risks to services.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working in an IT Project Management role.
• Managing IT/software delivery projects involving database and object-oriented solutions.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science or other relevant field.
• Experience improving and automating business processes through the application of technology.
• Proven experience in maintaining a relentless approach to keeping project schedules and milestones on target.
• Proven ability to communicate ideas with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, with proven skills to create order from unclear requirements.
• Proven ability to manage obstacles and resolve conflict.

Nice-to-haves

• PMP Certification.
• Scrum Product Owner Certification.
• Experience managing IT projects in highly regulated industries such as Pharmaceuticals/healthcare/life sciences, banking/finance, and manufacturing.
