About the position

Infosys is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead managed services operations for a large US Healthcare payor client. The role involves managing the Application Development and Support Team to implement the EDIFECS platform to Prolific EDI platform work, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective collaboration throughout project phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead managed services operations for a large US Healthcare payor client.
• Drive the Application Development and Support Team for EDIFECS platform work.
• Develop comprehensive EDI strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Establish measurable goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for EDI efforts.
• Manage daily support and maintenance, ensuring compatibility with evolving mission requirements.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and developers to design cohesive project strategies.
• Interact directly with clients, managers, and end users to analyze project objectives and requirements.
• Work as a member of the development team with hands-on programming and design skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• Minimum 7 years of IT experience, with 5 years in IT Project management and ITSM, ideally in a healthcare payor or healthcare IT environment.
• Strong Project/Program management skills and understanding of EDI Healthcare Transactions.
• Thorough knowledge of EDI X12 transaction sets such as 835, 834, 837, 278, 277, 275, 997, 999.
• Knowledge of EDIFECS Transaction Manager suite of products and familiarity with EDI Standards such as X12, EDIFACT, HL7, NCPDP.
• Experience in Oracle PL/SQL and Stored Procedures, with strong understanding of business rules and EDI process flows.
