About the position

The Project Manager will support the loan servicing and operation support teams for customers with commercial real estate loans and/or large syndicated loans. This role involves managing ongoing risk and issue management projects, scheduling meetings, and facilitating presentations, all while working within a large and visible project environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the loan servicing and operation support teams for commercial real estate loans and large syndicated loans.
  • Assist with keeping ongoing risk and issue management projects on track.
  • Schedule project meetings and ensure proper attendance.
  • Move project plans and find the correct subject matter experts for specific activities.
  • Build PowerPoint decks and assist with the facilitation of presentations.

Requirements

  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Proficiency in MS SharePoint for creating repositories and pulling information from teams.
  • Experience with MS PowerPoint for creating and revamping presentation decks.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP's, with some light data analysis capabilities.
  • Banking knowledge, particularly in loan operations, is a nice to have but not required.
  • Ability to synthesize information for leadership.
