About the position

The Project Director at Buddi US, LLC is responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring that all objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline. This role involves leading project teams, providing technical training, managing inventory, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The Project Director will also be responsible for client interactions and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery of devices and services.
  • Provide technical software and hardware training and troubleshooting to customers both virtually and in-person.
  • Monitor inventory to ensure customers have adequate stock on site and ready to use.
  • Operate software to enroll, activate, and support customer clients in the field.
  • Maintain, test, operate, and clean equipment to ensure it meets project and company standards.
  • Adhere to project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against them.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers to align project goals.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Oversee client payment portal for services provided, including accepting direct payments and reconciling accounts monthly.
  • Travel throughout Riverside County to maintain customer relationships and provide required services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries directly.
  • Run reports and create certified affidavits for recorded software data for customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technology or monitoring services environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Must pass a background check, no criminal history.

Nice-to-haves

  • Living in Riverside County is a plus.
  • Bi-lingual preferred.
