About the position

The Project Manager at MustardSeed PMO is responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery within the Life Sciences industry, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, managing multidisciplinary teams, and applying project management best practices to achieve successful outcomes across various projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective communication within and between organizations involved in project phases.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress while managing changes to project scope, schedule, and cost.
• Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Perform project risk assessments, including budget, schedule, and technology risks.
• Understand and embed appropriate delivery methodologies considering project and business constraints.
• Utilize Program Management Best Practices throughout the project duration.
• Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivery with at least 5 years in a project management role.
• Ability to think strategically and tactically about product, technical, and cross-functional issues.
• Excellent client-facing and internal verbal and written communication skills.
• High-caliber organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
• Proven leadership and experience in project management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the Life Sciences industry, including Biotech, Pharma, Med-Device, Ag Tech, and Food Tech.
