About the position

As a Project Manager at Diversified360 LLC, you will lead project teams to deliver impactful changes that enhance business value. This role involves planning, directing, organizing, and managing project activities to meet established goals and objectives. You will coordinate with cross-discipline team members, ensure adherence to quality standards, and manage project budgets while maintaining profitability. Additionally, you will facilitate communication among stakeholders, prepare status reports, and conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams to deliver changes that result in business value.
  • Plan, direct, organize, manage, and coordinate activities of assigned projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met.
  • Submit project deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Facilitate change requests to inform all parties of impacts on schedule and budgets.
  • Prepare project budgets and estimates.
  • Coordinate and manage vendor relationships.
  • Lead safety efforts on projects.
  • Maintain and manage profitability on projects.
  • Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents for successful implementation.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities for clients.
  • Respond to Request for Proposals (RFP) for current clients.
  • Obtain customer acceptance for project deliverables.
  • Manage customer satisfaction during project transition periods.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent work experience.
  • 4 years of previous experience managing construction projects or facilities.
  • Experience with ERP and budgeting.
  • Familiarity with CMMS software is a plus.
  • Valid Driver's license.
