About the position

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects related to healthcare facilities, ensuring that all aspects of planning, development, and execution are aligned with customer requirements and organizational policies. This role serves as the primary point of contact for contractors and customers, managing project budgets and schedules while ensuring compliance with regulations and corporate decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate planning, scoping, development, design, and construction of various projects.
• Integrate customer requirements into a comprehensive management plan.
• Implement corporate decisions, guidance, laws, regulations, and policies in project development.
• Serve as the point-of-contact with contractors and customers.
• Allocate project funds and monitor performance to ensure commitments are maintained.

Requirements

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level in the Federal service, including coordinating construction projects for healthcare facilities and managing project budgets.
• Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business Management, or Property Management, or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education in a related field.
• Combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position.
