Project Manager

About the position

The Project Manager at Branex Group is responsible for overseeing the creation and maintenance of custom configured assembly Bills of Materials (BOMs) for the Paintshop. This role involves managing ERP entries, coordinating shipments, and analyzing inventory for cost reduction initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within manufacturing and automation environments, with a focus on effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain all custom configured assembly BOMs for Paintshop.
• Enter configurations into ERP and place orders to operations.
• Set min/max quantities for paint components and review materials for inventory removal.
• Attend quote review and production meetings.
• Complete configuration reviews of BOMs.
• Maintain customer PO tracking grids and coordinate shipments.
• Execute field failure review meetings and create failure reports for customers.
• Provide Special Price Request (SPR) calculations and documentation for Finance.
• Analyze inventory and cost reduction initiatives for the Paint Division.
• Create and maintain configuration sheets per robot model and customer.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum three years of experience working with ERP systems.
• Proven experience in automation and manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of paint robots and paint process equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Proven computer skills including MS Office/365.
