About the position

The Project Manager role is responsible for planning, managing, and executing projects at the Davie site, while collaborating with other project managers across the network. This position focuses on various projects including process changes, equipment qualification, and system implementations, ensuring effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Schedule project kickoff meetings and manage all project information, communications, and schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional and multi-site efforts to ensure project execution according to schedule.
• Maintain project database; develop baselines, track milestones, and communicate strategies and action plans.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the project team during the execution phase.
• Anticipate and quantify technical, operational, and quality risks and plan contingencies for all assigned projects.
• Utilize the team to identify constraints within the site and solve conflicts based on priorities.
• Maintain work areas and perform job functions in a safe and efficient manner.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's Degree in Computer Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Robotics.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Project Manager at a global pharmaceutical company.
• Experience in digitalization and automation.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Experience working with or managing cross-functional, multi-site teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Working knowledge of industry guidelines and applicability to the site's products.
• Understanding of FDA requirements for product launches and changes.
