About the position

The Project Manager will lead the creation of a project management framework and manage key projects within the Solutions organization at Enterprise Community Partners. This role focuses on ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Project Manager will also contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and processes within the PMO.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, leveraging modern methodologies like Agile.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Manage project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress against the project plan.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and optimize project workflows.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, RACI models and post-project reviews.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, Process engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Excellent leadership, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in modern project management software (like Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Microsoft Planner).

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Six Sigma certification or equivalent certification preferred.
