About the position
Avantor is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Solutions Sales/Implementation Project Manager to support and drive the successful implementation of their Digital Solutions Suite. This role involves leading various projects, managing client relationships, and providing essential training and technical support to ensure seamless integration of technologies into customer operations.
Responsibilities
- Drive Sales and Demos by conducting thorough assessments of customer processes and showcasing the capabilities of the Digital Solutions Suite.
- Lead Implementation Projects by identifying optimal features for implementation, guiding project teams, and overseeing onsite and offsite installations.
- Provide Comprehensive Training to equip customers with the knowledge and skills to use systems effectively.
- Deliver Technical Support as a level 2 support specialist, addressing and resolving technical issues post-implementation.
- Follow Up on Implementations to maintain close contact with customers and offer continued support.
Requirements
- A relevant educational background in information systems, business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Intermediate experience in project management, particularly within the technology or supply chain sectors.
- Proven commercial experience in managing client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
- Strong familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated experience in leading technology implementation projects.
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
