About the position

The Project Manager (Tech IS) II at IGT is responsible for coordinating all aspects of product or service offering projects within the Sports Betting division, from inception to installation. This role requires extensive interaction with various teams to ensure the successful delivery of new or enhanced products, focusing on improving customer satisfaction through technology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of product or service offering projects for clients from inception to installation.
• Oversee installations involving capitalized equipment or enterprise software systems, or system integration or consulting projects.
• Interact extensively with sales, systems engineering, product development, and other cross-functional teams.
• Focus on delivering new or enhanced products to improve customer satisfaction through technology.
• Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure goal attainment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred).
• 5 years of relevant work experience in Technical project management and customer onboarding.
• Experience in managing ongoing account management.
• Technical Project Manager & customer-facing experience.
• Experience in the gaming industry, ideally in sports betting.
