About the position

The Onsite Project Moderator will be responsible for facilitating a data collection project aimed at improving Artificial Intelligence technology. This role involves working directly with participants to ensure a positive experience and the proper execution of study requirements. The moderator will operate data collection equipment, manage logistics, and provide updates to the production team, all while maintaining a high standard of data quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain data collection equipment.
• Offload data and manage logistics.
• Provide daily reports and lead high-quality data generation.
• Understand project documentation to assist participants.
• Interact with participants and guide them through the data collection project.
• Capture data aiming to reach targeted daily goals.
• Utilize client tools to label/tag data.
• Convey session details to the Project Manager and Production team.
• Communicate and coordinate with the project team.
• Interact with various hardware & software.
• Assist in preparing session materials and setting up the facility.
• Monitor and manage participant flow within the site.
• Address participant questions and concerns professionally.
• Provide feedback on session dynamics and participant engagement.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, communications, or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
• Experience in moderation, facilitation, proctoring or similar roles preferred.
• Possess basic technical knowledge and experience in using iOS.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
