About the position

The Project Operations Specialist, Mid role involves supporting programmatic operations for a client organization. The specialist will develop critical products such as briefings and executive summaries, review operation orders, manage task requests, and strategize large-scale events. The position requires collaboration across diverse teams and maintaining document libraries while enforcing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of critical products including briefings, fact sheets, and executive summaries.
• Review operation orders and formulate response strategies.
• Manage incoming task requests and route them through appropriate subject matter experts.
• Strategize, plan, and execute large-scale events involving multiple stakeholders.
• Build and maintain document libraries while establishing procedures and enforcing best practices.

Requirements

• Experience building and maintaining client relationships while collaborating across diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and 365 Teams.
• Ability to display a client-first service mindset and a positive attitude.
• Ability to collaborate on diverse and cross-functional teams with technical experts.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work, including flexibility for quick turnarounds.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
