About the position

The Project Operations Specialist at AvatarFleet plays a crucial role in ensuring that both internal and external customers have access to and can effectively use AvatarFleet's software. This position involves managing client software implementation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical support to enhance client satisfaction and drive project success.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Lead cross sales growth by 10% within the current client base.
  • Act as the project manager for clients and Client Success Managers (CSMs), ensuring project needs are documented, measured, and achieved.
  • Oversee and manage client software implementation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Facilitate Scrum processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and after-action reviews.
  • Manage and prioritize support projects/tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues.
  • Support Client Success Managers in project management and client retention.
  • Complete AvatarFleet Client Success and Client Owned tasks or projects.
  • Assist in support services and provide operational support to the Customer Success Team.
  • Maintain customer accounts/relationships and update customer information.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of clients.
  • Develop training materials and conduct software and release testing.

Requirements

  • Six Sigma Certification or equivalent experience in process improvement.
  • Proven experience in client success management, project management, Scrum methodologies, and technical support within a SaaS environment.
  • Intermediate skills in Google Suite or Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products, agile principles, and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, both oral and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering software solutions.

Nice-to-haves

  • FMCSA compliance experience is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (PMP) are a plus.
