About the position

The Project Process Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of project data, overseeing data collection procedures, and managing quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) for the project. This role involves supporting organizational change management and community outreach activities, as well as tracking and analyzing project performance metrics. The coordinator plays a crucial role in conflict resolution and problem-solving, identifying project risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Track and monitor project data completeness and accuracy.
  • Oversee project procedures for data collection and manage data QA/QC.
  • Support organizational change management and community outreach activities.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Perform QA/QC on data to prevent fines for inaccuracies.
  • Track, report, and analyze Clean Transportation program performance.
  • Create ad hoc SQL queries to answer business questions.
  • Assist in maintaining project schedules and ensuring timely task completion.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, stakeholders, and vendors to define requirements and present solutions.
  • Perform special cost and project requirement studies as assigned.
  • Execute other project coordinator duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of project/program coordination experience.
  • Experience creating ad hoc SQL queries for business insights.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Possess initiative, decision-making skills, and problem-solving abilities.
