About the position

The position involves managing the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of small projects or portions of projects, focusing on new initiatives and ongoing business deliverables. The role requires collaboration with project team members, business owners, and sponsors to ensure successful project implementation, resource allocation, and milestone achievement. It also includes supporting the Agent Engagement strategy and utilizing project management methodologies to track progress and communicate project status effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of small projects or portions of projects.
  • Collaborate with project team members, business owners, and sponsors to develop and implement projects/programs.
  • Oversee projects to ensure they have required resources and meet milestones.
  • Support various engagements and programs connected to the Agent Engagement strategy.
  • Utilize project management methodologies to plan timelines and milestones, track progress, and communicate project status.
  • Recommend effective business process improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze, document, and report program performance results throughout the company.
  • Ensure cooperative effort across the organization on all tasks, issues, and projects, managing and resolving conflicts as needed.
  • Implement program and process changes to support intended goals/objectives.
  • Propose solutions to business issues/problems utilizing appropriate analysis tools.
  • Assist upper management on special assignments, including budgets and financial forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
  • 0-2 years of experience in a related field, or 3+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
