About the position

The Project/Program Manager I role is designed to provide operational support for communication strategies within the organization. This position will focus on translating high-level communication strategies into actionable steps, ensuring effective execution of tactical activities, and enabling the senior communications manager to concentrate on strategic goals. The role is critical for aligning internal stakeholders, promoting product innovations, and managing customer expectations amidst current capacity challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Breaking down high-level communication strategies into actionable steps and developing timelines.
  • Coordinating with different AIT teams and tracking progress on various projects.
  • Creating and curating communication materials such as WBR updates, All Teams presentations, and newsletters.
  • Acting as a liaison between the senior communication manager and other teams to address operational issues.
  • Gathering inputs for key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on progress.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of communications experience in a professional field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
  • Proven ability in executing communication plans.
