Responsibilities

• Apply project management principles and techniques as defined in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines, reporting on progress and status of deliverables.
• Oversee scope management and configuration management, including change control issues, testing, verification, and validation of new systems.
• Coordinate and oversee all project resources, including technical staff, stakeholders, and contract personnel.
• Ensure adherence to project management, development, testing, and documentation standards.
• Coordinate the implementation of applications with the assigned leads and stakeholders.
• Manage resource allocation and project team capacity to ensure project objectives are met.
• Facilitate project communications, including regular 'stand-up' meetings.
• Control and monitor all outsourced tasks to ensure quality and compliance with project standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in smaller scope projects.
• Familiarity with PMBOK principles and project management methodologies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
