About the position

The Project/Program Manager II is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects and programs, overseeing all aspects and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables. This role requires effective time management and the ability to lead and direct the work of others, relying on extensive experience and judgment to accomplish goals. The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete project/program tasks.
• Oversee all aspects of projects and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Lead and direct the work of team members.
• Utilize creativity and judgment to plan and accomplish project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (may be required)
• 4-7 years of experience in project management or related field
• Project Management certification
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Smart Sheet and Asana
• Certified Six Sigma
