About the position

Maden Technologies is seeking a full-time Project/Program Manager III with expertise in Data Center/IT Operations/Cybersecurity. This role involves leading operational planning, execution, and evaluation of IT and network services for the Naval Information Warfare Center and other clients. The position requires strong leadership, technical skills, and strategic thinking to deliver solutions for both classified and unclassified systems while managing resources across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operational planning and execution of IT and network services.
• Directs fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management.
• Acts as the single point of contact for the Government.
• Advises Government Leaders on strategies and concepts supporting their mission.
• Develops presentation materials and ensures timely reporting.
• Provides technical guidance and leadership to project managers and staff.

Requirements

• Active DOD SECRET security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business.
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification.
• Fifteen years of technical experience in IT program/projects support.
• Eight years of experience managing Technology Assessments, Systems Design, and Programmatic Support.
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies.
• Five years as manager of an enterprise data center or cloud hosting project.
• Solid personnel management and mentoring skills.
• Excellent written and oral communications.

Nice-to-haves

• Navy IT experience preferred.
