About the position

The Project/Program Manager - Junior at JASINT is responsible for managing complex projects, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders, and delivering project results. This role involves analyzing project-related problems, coordinating activities, and leading a team to achieve project goals within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions.
• Perform day-to-day management of overall project/contract support operations.
• Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned projects.
• Assume responsibility for project results and communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders.
• Work with project sponsors and stakeholders to complete project charters outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.
• Complete work breakdown structures to estimate effort required for each task.
• Provide project schedules to identify when each task will be completed.
• Mediates between stakeholders and team members, resolving issues throughout the project life-cycle.
• Manage project scope by ensuring changes are documented and approved.
• Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports when requested.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Strong organizational skills.
