The Project/Program Manager - Mid-Level position at JASINT involves overseeing and managing complex projects, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion. Responsibilities

• Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions.
• Perform day-to-day management of overall project/contract support operations.
• Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned projects.
• Assume responsibility for project results and work with project sponsors and stakeholders to complete project charters.
• Complete work breakdown structures to estimate effort required for each task.
• Provide project schedules to identify when each task will be completed.
• Communicate expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Mediate between stakeholders and team members to resolve issues.
• Manage project scope by ensuring changes are documented and approved.
• Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports when requested.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Current and active TS/SCI Clearance at the time of application.
