About the position

The Project/Program Manager III is responsible for overseeing the coordination and completion of projects and programs within the organization. This role involves setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress to ensure successful project delivery. The manager will prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of projects and engage with brand insights to drive program development.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and complete project/program tasks.
  • Oversee all aspects of projects/programs, including setting deadlines and assigning responsibilities.
  • Monitor and summarize progress of projects/programs.
  • Prepare reports for upper management regarding project/program status.
  • Drive variations program-detail twister page framework.
  • Build framework based on brand feedback.
  • Gather feature gaps attached to strategy.
  • Engage based on brand insights.

Requirements

  • Strong data/analytics skills.
  • Experience with P&L statements and financial data interpretation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Lean/Six-Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Strong technical ability to understand complex data structures.
  • Excel experience.
  • General analytical capabilities.
  • Business acumen.
