About the position

Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) is seeking a Project Manager/Program Manager to join our team in Boise, ID. This position is a contract role focused on supporting the Segment Marketing team within the Global Communications and Marketing organization (GCM). The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the coordination and alignment of product launches for two business units. The successful candidate will be instrumental in scheduling and hosting weekly launch meetings, establishing a comprehensive launch plan, and managing input from various stakeholders to ensure successful product launches. The Project Manager/Program Manager will be responsible for creating a work back calendar that includes major milestones to drive launch success. This role requires close collaboration with team members from the business unit and segment marketing teams, as well as stakeholders within the broader GCM team. The candidate will work with segment and business unit owners to establish appropriate launch timing across the yearly launch calendar, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the process. In addition to managing the launch schedule, the Project Manager/Program Manager will oversee the GCM input process into plans, ensuring that deadlines are met and that the content aligns with expected outputs, including tactical plans, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs). The role also involves managing the report out process, including setting up templates and ensuring that other GCM teams complete their contributions. Budget management and the creation of Scope of Work (SOW) documents related to launches will also be part of the responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the coordination and alignment of product launches for two business units.
  • Schedule and host weekly launch meetings.
  • Establish a comprehensive launch plan and manage input from various stakeholders.
  • Create a work back calendar with major milestones to drive launch success.
  • Work closely with team members on the BU & Segment marketing team and business unit stakeholders.
  • Establish appropriate launch timing across the yearly launch calendar.
  • Manage agenda and host weekly launch scrums across major business units.
  • Establish plan templates for launches and ensure completion by segment owners and GCM teams.
  • Manage the GCM input process into plans, ensuring content matches expected output and includes tactical plans, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Establish a workback calendar including major milestones and deadlines for each launch.
  • Manage the report out process, including setting up templates and ensuring completion by other GCM teams.
  • Manage budgeting needs and SOW creation relating to launches.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/365 tools, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with content management systems; experience with Workfront is a plus.
  • Strong project management and time management skills with excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop cross-functional communication and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in a large, fast-growing, fast-paced company, preferably in the high-tech sector.
