About the position

The Project/Program Manager role focuses on overseeing and managing digital and e-commerce projects within the Retail and Consumer Goods sectors. This position requires extensive experience in leading IT project teams and implementing changes to retail systems, ensuring the establishment of new capabilities for omni-channel commerce and enhancing customer experiences through various digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of digital/e-commerce projects in the Retail and Consumer Goods industries.
• Lead IT project teams responsible for implementing changes to retail systems such as Website, POS, in-store mobile applications, and back-office applications.
• Establish new capabilities in the client website for omni-channel commerce, including content management, personalization, and search optimization.
• Oversee development for order fulfillment, customer loyalty programs, delivery services, private label credit cards, and subscription/auto-renewal services.
• Manage project budgets and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing digital/e-commerce environments, preferably in Retail and/or Consumer Goods industries.
• 7+ years of experience leading IT project teams with a focus on retail systems implementation.
• Strong communication skills.
