About the position

The Project Manager (PM) at Trident Maritime Systems serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring the successful delivery of services and fulfillment of contractual obligations. This role involves managing multiple projects concurrently, overseeing all aspects from contract award through to project closure, while maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance with project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer communication throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
• Oversee proposal and contract development, including budget definition and cost management.
• Maintain compliance with contract terms, scope of work, and regulatory requirements.
• Report on project financials, including forecasts and invoicing, while managing budgets to minimize costs.
• Plan and manage the execution of contracts, coordinating activities across functional teams.
• Ensure effective communication and documentation of contractual obligations and project progress.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of project management experience.
• Familiarity with project schedules, financials, and deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project).
• Ability to identify, analyze, and mitigate problems effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Project management experience in the maritime industry.
