About the position

The Project/Program Manager will oversee large-scale software and application development projects within the retail sector, specifically focusing on store technology such as point of sale (POS) systems. This role requires a strategic partner who can manage cross-functional programs, ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders and delivery leaders to prioritize and execute project plans efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage large, highly visible software and application development projects.
• Plan and manage cross-functional programs across the organization.
• Partner with stakeholders to create detailed project plans and break programs into multiple tracks.
• Manage different work streams and tracks of work as needed.
• Oversee risk, budget, and resource management.
• Collaborate with delivery leaders on prioritization and program delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Retail experience is required.
• Experience with store technology projects, particularly POS systems.
• Strong experience in planning and managing cross-functional programs.
