The Project/Program Manager position is a critical role focused on leading digital transformation initiatives within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in managing complex projects, particularly in Agile methodologies, product development, cloud engineering, and data enablement. This role requires a strong leader who can guide product lifecycles and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Agile methodologies, coaching teams, and championing innovative development models to ensure efficient program execution. In this position, the Project/Program Manager will oversee five platform product lines, including Configuration Management, Core Toolchain, Developer Environments, Engineering Insights, and Observability. The role involves managing direct reports and implementing SAFe PI migrations for multiple engineering teams, which will streamline the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) program by focusing on value streams. The candidate will also be tasked with developing Tableau dashboards to track program progress, providing stakeholders with clear visibility into project status and outcomes. Additionally, the Project/Program Manager will play a key role in decommissioning legacy infrastructure, such as Agent-Jenkins VMs and servers, to optimize resources and enhance security. A significant aspect of this role is cultivating a culture of continuous improvement by coaching direct reports, leading to their professional growth and promotions.
