About the position

The Project/Program Manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of various projects and programs within the organization. This role involves overseeing all aspects of projects, which includes setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring the progress of each project. The Project/Program Manager will prepare detailed reports for upper management regarding the status of ongoing projects and programs, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with project goals and timelines. In this position, the Project/Program Manager will be expected to utilize their extensive experience and judgment to effectively plan and accomplish project objectives. The role requires familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within the field, and the ability to lead and direct the work of others. A significant degree of creativity and latitude is expected, allowing the Project/Program Manager to innovate and implement effective solutions to challenges that may arise during project execution. The Project/Program Manager typically reports to a manager or head of a unit or department, and will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
