About the position

In this role, you will manage programs related to lead management for Medicare, Core Medicare Advantage, and Dual Special Needs Plans (DSNP). Your responsibilities will encompass full program management, which includes conducting needs analysis, maintaining and administering programs, monitoring their progress, performing data analysis, evaluating program effectiveness, and managing vendor or contract administration as necessary. You will also be tasked with making recommendations for changes or modifications to the assigned programs and implementing these changes as needed. A significant aspect of your role will involve managing the lead pipeline and supporting the Government sales team in converting leads into sales. You will monitor the progress of various program components to ensure that the overall goals, schedules, and benefits of the program are met. Additionally, you will document and present program results through operational reports, outcomes studies, presentations, and publications. Preparing program reports for your superiors will also be a key responsibility, along with recommending and implementing program and process changes to achieve the desired goals and objectives. You will also manage lead nurturing programs aimed at moving leads through the sales funnel for Medicare, Core Medicare Advantage, and DSNP. This will require collaboration with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff and follow-up on leads. Understanding the sales process and managing the sales pipeline will be crucial. You will research and identify potential leads through various channels, utilizing CRM tools to track and analyze lead performance, generate reports on lead generation activities, and analyze metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Keeping the lead status updated in the CRM software and utilizing multiple systems to monitor leads, performance reporting, sales, and issue escalations will be essential. Establishing rapport and maintaining open lines of communication with the sales team will be vital. You will provide information and support regarding lead status and identify target markets and personas to focus lead generation efforts effectively.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field, or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Nice-to-haves

  • Thorough knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce).
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong analytical acumen with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience using Salesforce and Adobe Analytics is helpful.
  • Prior experience in the Healthcare industry, Health Care Reform, and Medicare knowledge is helpful.
