About the position

The Project Quality Control Coordinator is responsible for ensuring quality standards are met by reviewing project data, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining organized records. This role requires strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively across teams, focusing on quality assurance in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication between survey, planning, and maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of tasks and discrepancies.
  • Audit and verify the accuracy and completeness of survey data, including images, videos, and store plan markups, to meet pre-execution quality standards.
  • Report damages and cosmetic repair needs to the maintenance team, ensuring follow-up for timely corrections.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and training materials related to the audit and review process.
  • Train team members on best practices for quality control, auditing, and survey processes to maintain high standards of execution.
  • Coordinate with survey teams to address and correct identified issues, track resolutions, and ensure discrepancies are resolved efficiently.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports summarizing quality control findings, emphasizing process improvements and areas for increased efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control position, ideally within a retail or facilities-related setting.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience working with platforms such as Smartsheet, MerchLogix, and Matterport is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail, with proven abilities in data analysis, problem-solving, and process improvements.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, especially when working across multiple departments.
  • Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.

Nice-to-haves
