About the position

As an RF Engineer at Lutron, you will play a crucial role in high-stakes projects that contribute to maintaining the company's position as a leader in smart lighting and shading systems. You will work within a cross-functional team to design and develop innovative consumer products and services, engaging in various technical areas throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing problem-solving abilities to develop new and innovative RF circuit designs
• Collaborating with engineers from different disciplines to design robust and reliable RF solutions that adhere to the constraints of real products
• Supporting existing products and systems by resolving manufacturing issues, part obsolescence challenges, and supply chain shortages
• Working in close partnership with RF team members to maximize the team's effectiveness
• Continuing to develop RF skills through mentorship by senior RF leaders within the organization
• Assuring a high standard of quality in your own work to ensure adherence to established RF design principles and testing practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electronics Engineering
• Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned
• 0-3 years' experience in a related field
• Willingness to travel 5-10% of the time for inter-office collaboration, site visits, etc.
