The Project Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting large-scale landscape projects by delivering quotes and assisting in the management of commercial construction jobs and municipal maintenance bids. The Project Sales Coordinator is responsible for creating and delivering complete and accurate quotes to customers and team members, utilizing the support of the Project Sales Team. This role involves gathering necessary paperwork for liens, packaging product submittal sheets for contractors, and orchestrating phased deliveries. Collaboration with team members and effective communication with the Project Sales Team, Business Development Representatives, and Sales Center Managers is essential to ensure the smooth progress of customer projects. On a daily basis, the Project Sales Coordinator resolves customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner, completes data input, paperwork, and internal reports efficiently. The successful candidate will continuously increase their job and product knowledge while developing industry relationships. Additionally, the Project Sales Coordinator may assist in the Sales Center when necessary and perform other duties as assigned. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is focused on serving business owners with urgent needs.
