About the position

The Project Scheduler & Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining project schedules and facilitating communication among various engineering teams and project managers. This position is essential for ensuring that project goals, deadlines, and budgets are met while supporting the aftermarket and switchgear engineering projects within the industrial machinery manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains aftermarket and switchgear engineering project schedules.
• Develops and maintains aftermarket production schedule.
• Works directly with AES Engineering Manager, PSE Manager, and PSE Team Leads on planning and development of aftermarket engineering project schedule and aftermarket production schedule.
• Collaborates with Switchgear Engineering Managers and Scheduling Manager on planning and development of switchgear engineering project schedule.
• Conducts engineering capacity analysis with Switchgear Engineering Managers and Scheduling Manager.
• Tracks project milestones, challenges, adjustments, and deficiencies with aftermarket and switchgear engineering teams.
• Facilitates communication between aftermarket engineering team and project management team.
• Facilitates communication between switchgear engineering team and project management team.
• Assists with project parts inventory and logistics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience (2-4 years).
• 2 years of experience in project scheduling and coordination.
• 2 years of experience in database management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SQL.
• Knowledge of plant front-end scheduling, engineering, and manufacturing processes.
