Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients (verbal and by email)
• Scheduling Technicians
• Managing Work Orders
• Invoicing Work Orders
• Bidding repair work
• Upselling/Cross-selling other products and services

Requirements

• Experience in service coordination or a related field
• Proficiency in typing and navigating Word and Adobe Pro
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the electrical or plumbing industry
• Familiarity with invoicing and bidding processes
