About the position

The position supports the Director of Engineering Services for Carrier Networks and Program Managers for Fiber-to-the-Home programs. It involves coordinating activities, meetings, reports, and forecasts to ensure the program's success. The role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met, while also providing insights to enhance team efficiency and program performance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project teams and program managers to ensure understanding of program timelines and milestones.
• Ensure teams understand their deliverables and action items.
• Drive program teams to deliver reports on time and update program trackers.
• Create presentations on program status for internal and external stakeholders.
• Present program status regularly to both internal teams and customers.
• Establish, track, analyze, and report program performance and metrics.
• Coordinate with Business Operations to ensure activities meet program timelines.
• Collaborate with Business Operations to capture relevant program data for forecasting and scheduling.
• Advise ES leadership to enhance overall team efficiency.
• Document and implement business processes for major program activities.
• Identify areas for improvement and make actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field
• Previous leadership experience, preferably as a junior military officer
• Project Management experience, PMP certification is a plus
• Ability to align and influence teams to deliver results
• Strong skills in data analysis
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Assertive, result-oriented, and responsive
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism at all times
