About the position

The Project Support Specialist II role is a temporary position focused on supporting the national growth of the Hospitality business. This position involves coordinating installations for various products within the Hospitality sector, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, and managing project timelines and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage installations for products within the Hospitality business.
  • Partner with stakeholders to meet key deliverables throughout the life cycle of all installations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and facilitate communication across operational groups.
  • Update and track projects in project management tools, providing consistent updates on project status.
  • Adhere to proactive customer communication intervals, providing updates on implementation milestones and scheduling changes.
  • Support cross-functional teams as needed, including Hospitality Network, Blueprint RF, and Convention Services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; relevant work experience may be considered.
  • 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or management required.
  • Experience in the Hospitality business, specifically with Hospitality Network, is required.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Oracle, with at least 2 years of experience in each.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with billing, invoicing, and reconciliation (preferred).
