About the position

The Project Specialist for Onboarding at Hyatt is a key role within the Global Hotel Onboarding team, responsible for facilitating the successful integration of new hotels into Hyatt's operational framework. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to brand standards and operational practices during hotel openings and acquisitions. The specialist will also play a vital role in training hotel staff and developing training materials, contributing to Hyatt's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Configure and train systems and operational practices for hotel openings and acquisitions.
• Manage multiple hotel onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution.
• Conduct training classes related to systems and topics within the Global Hotel Onboarding scope.
• Develop training materials including slide decks, trainers' notes, and videos for hotel staff and vendors.
• Maintain relationships with Hyatt's vendors across the Americas to support system implementation and training.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hotel supervisory experience in operations (e.g., Reservations, Front Office).
• Bilingual in English and another language is preferred.
• Experience in hotel management or related fields.

Nice-to-haves

• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience with a major hotel management company.
• Fluency in languages other than English is desired.
