About the position
The position supports the Sr. Director of Business Development & Sales at Ultra Intelligence & Communications, focusing on project management and coordination within the Command, Control, Intelligence, and Encryption (C2I&E) business. The role involves assisting in the execution of projects, tracking schedules, and evaluating program effectiveness, making it essential for the success of mission-critical operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales and Internal Research & Development Team in coordinating and executing projects.
- Track schedules, milestones, and deliverables for various projects.
- Create and maintain action item lists to facilitate information exchange between program management teams.
- Develop status-tracking documents that identify milestones and associated project deliverables and tasks.
- Support Program Managers in the conduct and completion of project-related duties.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of related project management experience.
- Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
