Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical and specialized technical support to department management.
  • Lead, coordinate, and complete projects related to operational activities.
  • Facilitate open and professional communication to achieve mutual understanding.
  • Participate in problem definition and resolution activities.
  • Maintain customer confidence by keeping information confidential.
  • Prepare materials for presentations and coordinate relevant meetings.
  • Manage and complete projects within the department, tracking and documenting data management and project progress.
  • Conduct data analysis and create reports and spreadsheets based on project needs.
  • Assist in the preparation and tracking of the annual operating budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Two years of experience in a related discipline, including one year of project management experience.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills, including creating pivot tables and managing large data sets.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
