Responsibilities
- Provide analytical and specialized technical support to department management.
- Lead, coordinate, and complete projects related to operational activities.
- Facilitate open and professional communication to achieve mutual understanding.
- Participate in problem definition and resolution activities.
- Maintain customer confidence by keeping information confidential.
- Prepare materials for presentations and coordinate relevant meetings.
- Manage and complete projects within the department, tracking and documenting data management and project progress.
- Conduct data analysis and create reports and spreadsheets based on project needs.
- Assist in the preparation and tracking of the annual operating budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Two years of experience in a related discipline, including one year of project management experience.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills, including creating pivot tables and managing large data sets.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong project and time management skills.
