About the position

The Operations Project Specialist at Public Consulting Group (PCG) will support the operations team in developing and publishing curriculum and professional learning materials for K-12 education clients. This remote role involves various project support tasks, including proofreading, content loading, quality assurance, and data analysis, ensuring the delivery of key work products across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve various roles within the Operations team to ensure delivery of key work products across various internal and external client projects.
• Perform light copyediting, presentation stylization, and proofreading.
• Load content into identified systems and document processes.
• Conduct quality assurance validation and run reports.
• Categorize data sets and complete analysis on large data sets.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with all staff and clients.
• Ensure operations staff have access to necessary resources and provide training as needed.
• Contribute to and implement process improvements.
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to embrace change.
• Fulfill other project-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, research, presentation, time management, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Access, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to write and follow detailed instructions.
• Process-oriented and results-driven work strategy.
• Ability to coordinate work set forth in an Operations project plan.
