We are looking for a Project/Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing team within a Network PMO group. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing order reports, collecting data related to the bill of materials, and tracking delivery dates. This role requires close collaboration with multiple supply chain and logistics teams to enhance visibility across various cross-functional teams. We seek a candidate who takes pride in their organizational skills, has a knack for optimizing data, and possesses a proactive, go-getter attitude. In this role, you will engage in various tasks including ship label creation using our FedEx account information, updating the Open Order Report by entering delivery dates into SAP on a daily basis, and managing the NetEngDemand column with accurate delivery dates. You will also be responsible for updating the Misc sheet column with delivery dates, checking FedEx tracking numbers on the FedEx website to confirm material deliveries, and processing Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) using a pre-filled template that you will upload to SAP. Additionally, you will be tasked with updating bugs and tickets with estimated times of arrival (ETAs) and tracking numbers, as well as communicating with FedEx to obtain updates on late deliveries. Your role will also involve connecting with suppliers to handle conversations regarding delays, creating and managing PEGA tickets for all inbound and outbound shipments, and ensuring that STOs are shipped by the next day. You may need to create GUTS tickets to follow up with the warehouse and obtain tracking numbers for orders that physically ship but do not have tracking numbers populated in SAP.
